Lions Optometric Vision Clinic

The Lions Optometric Vision Clinic (LOVC) has served the San Diego County for over 50 years. The LOVC mission is to provide basic vision care and eyeglasses for low income individuals and junior military and their dependents (E-6 and below).

Clients are seen by referral from the following agencies: Girls Rehab Facility, Juvenile Hall, East Lake Detention Center, Department of Rehabilitation, Jewish Family Services, Catholic Charities, Salvation Army Rehab, Casa Rafael, and the San Diego Rescue Mission. Referrals are also accepted from primary, middle, and high schools, colleges, and Senior Centers.

The LOVC is located in Balboa Park at 1805 Upas Street. The Clinic is open to the public Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM. Additional information can be found at LOVC and they can be reached at (619) 298-5273 or by email at LOVC.
